My Experience

I specialise in Catering at Sports and entertainment venues throughout the UK, including football, rugby, cricket, tennis and music.

I work with the owners or the operators of venues to maximise revenue from your catering and ensure customer satisfaction with the catering operations.

Specifically, I can:

• Manage the development of new venues, or refurbishment of existing catering facilities.
  
• Ensure that you are getting the best deal from your caterers and manage the tender process.
  
• Benchmark against similar operations.
  
• Support you through the process of taking your catering in-house.
  
• Undertake financial and operational audits.

I have over 30 years experience in the Catering Industry, latterly in Contract Catering in the Sports and Leisure business.

During the eight years leading up to July 2001 I was Managing Director with Lindley Catering Investments Ltd, a privately owned company with an annual turnover of over £25m per annum.

During my time in charge of the company it grew five fold to become the leading independent Sports Contract Catering Company in the UK.

With over 40 contracts including over 25 football clubs, 3 cricket grounds including annual Test Matches at Trent Bridge, and more recently two major Rugby Union contacts, I have gained a wealth of experience.

During this period I was directly responsible for the management, operation and financial control of a large number of sports and leisure contracts, including the following:
